INQUIRE AND SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL

First, you can expect to receive a personalized proposal via email. This includes collection details, FAQs, and pricing. Next, we schedule your discover call. Here we get to chat about all of the beautiful details you have planned for your wedding. This is your chance to share your vision for the day. This step is so important to making sure we are a perfect match. At this time, we also get to go over the booking process, answer any questions you may have, and get to know each other.

LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL

Once you decide to book, I send out your contract, invoice, and personalized portal. It is important that the contract and retainer are paid in a timely manner. Until these two steps are complete, your date is not secured! We schedule and plan your engagement session. Last, I collect a few more fun pieces of information!

TIMELINE PREPARATION AND PLANNING ASSISTANCE

Every HCP bride receives a detailed questionnaire upon booking. About 6 months out, we meet to discuss and create your dream timeline. This timeline is finalized after our call. You can share this with family, friends, and your other vendors. I believe this early planning is crucial to having a super smooth wedding day.

CELEBRATING YOUR BIG DAY

Details

Each wedding day begins with editorial flat lays composed of the unique details that make your day, you. This is personally one of my favorite parts of the day. The quiet before the day really gets going. It also allows for photographers to act as artists and create art from your intricate details. From there, we document the small and big moments leading up to your union. This can include bridal party pajamas, toasting, and exchanging of sentimental tokens between the you both. We also get individual photographs as you and your partner get ready.

These are SO fun to look back on, because you get to be in both places at once!

First look

If you choose to do a first look, this will follow your getting ready photographs. I tend to allot 15-30 minutes to allow the moment to take place organically. There is no need to rush those important moments. We also get to sneak in a few moments of you two alone. You will find that this has to be prioritized throughout the day! I try to carve these in when I can.

Ceremony

The ceremony is captured naturally of the moments you share with your spouse and also the reactions of those you love most. Most brides share that after receiving their galleries, some of their favorite photographs are of their grooms reacting to them walking down the aisle (they are some of my favorite as well). These photographs are instrumental to telling the story of your big day. I pride myself in capturing the big and small moments that you may not get to truly take in, in real time, because you are engulfed in the moment with your forever love.

Formal party and family photographs

These take place either before or after the ceremony (depending on your first look). These are strategically planned before your wedding day so that they run seamlessly and don’t take away too much time for your celebrations. It is my hope that as an HCP bride, you are proud of these photographs from my lighting to location choice. It is not every day that all of your loved ones gather in one place, and there is a professional photographer!

Portraits

Bride and groom portraits are another time frame during the day that I absolutely love to live through with my couples. We get to sneak away for anywhere from 30-45 minutes to capture timeless images of the day you both promised forever! These photographs embody the joy, love, and emotion shared on one of the most monumental days of your life. I guide your with prompting and poses that are flattering and tasteful. These images will reflect your personalities both individually and as a couple.

Cocktail Hour and Reception

Guest interactions, adorable portraits of wedding guests, formalities, and dance floor photos are the imagery that comprise the end of your gallery. I do my best to capture as many guests as I can. These photos also help paint the picture of the joy and emotion. Your job during these parts of the day? Relax and ENJOY!

05.

GALLERY DELIVERY DAY!

Within 48 hours, sneak peaks are delivered to your inbox. I know how hard it is to wait for your final gallery delivery so I try to send out as many photographs as I can while you are still blissfully in your “wedding bubble”. Within another 30 calendar days, your full online gallery is delivered! From there you can print and create albums with me or using your own photography lab.

Hannah, it’s OVER?! No, don’t be a stranger! I love to hear from my previous HCP couples and keep up with you all on social media. Many of my HCP brides become HCP moms and friends.
